About The Event
LEXSA has teamed up with Lisa Jonas again from Endorphina Creative to help students practice mindfulness and gain new skills to help them during stressful times. These workshops will help you if you feel overwhelmed and flustered, or if you just want some quiet uninterrrupted mental space.
Students are invited to register each week for our Stress Less Workshops which are pre-recorded and premiered at 2pm on Thursdays on our YouTube channel.
These workshops offer a variety of creative activities and meditations. Students can join in or listen throughout the workshop. This week's theme is Body and Mind Relaxation, where students will learn technqiues and helpful tips to relax.
*Workshop will premier at 2pm, Thursday 2nd of June (NSW time).
